This super nutritious, low energy (calorie) chop is 100% vegetables and changes somewhat during different growing seasons as Christine tries to use seasonal, locally sourced veggies whenever possible. Their base mix consists of broccoli, green beans, red bell peppers, carrots, sweet potatoes, butternut squash, green bell pepper, celery, savoy cabbage, zucchini, corn, peas and cauliflower. Christine will then add veggies as they become available. Their chop is dehydrated making it shelf stable and can be prepared in single servings for less waste.
Size Large makes approximately 4.5-5 cups prepared, Small makes approximately 2-2.5 cups prepared.
