Feeding Instructions For Large Hookbills: Feed 2 heaping tablespoons of ABBA 2300 per bird at least twice a week, preferably in a deep dish. If ABBA 2300 is supplied properly to the parrots they will consume it with little or no waste. Feed ABBA 2300 to all large hookbills, but only as a treat and/or supplement.
Feeding Instructions For Breeding Parrots and Other Large Hookbills in General: Feed 2 heaping tablespoons of ABBA 2300 per bird at least three times a week as an additional supplement. Also supply nestling food (SUCH AS ABBA GREEN 92 COMPLETE NESTLING FOOD). The nestling food may be mixed with soaked corn, soaked oats, soaked sunflower and soaked safflower. Mix all the above-mentioned nestling food ingredients together and keep it fresh before the feeding parents at all times.
In addition, supply all birds with a variety of fresh fruits and greens of all kinds.
